3月4日下午，广东省友好省份、德国巴伐利亚州新乌尔姆市教育局副局长Ansgar Batzner安斯格·巴茨纳（Ansgar Batzner）博士先生、先登恩格哈特市长纪念学校校长克里斯蒂娜·科约娜（Christine Kroener）女士、特级教师碧吉特·赫尔德（Brigitte Herde）女士、德国史太白大学中国首席代表覃焱（Janet QIN）女士代表新乌尔姆市教育局，与华美外国语学校签订开展“MINT-科学素养教育”和“以能力为导向的教育”合作备忘录。

On the afternoon of March 4,in the friendly province of Guangdong,Doctor Ansgar Batzner,the Deputy Director of the Bureau of Education of New Ulm,Bavaria,Ms.Christine Kroener,the Gerhard Mayor Memorial School Principal and Ms.Brigitte Herde,the Specialized Grade Teacher and Ms.Janet Qin，the Chief Chinese representative of Germany Steinbeis University and other guests visited Shenzhen C&A Foreign Language School.On behalf of the Bureau of Education of New Ulm,they signed a Memorandum of Cooperation to develop"MINT-Science Literacy Education"and"Competence-Based Education".

巴茨纳博士一行参观了华美外国语学校校园，并走进二年级1班的教室，十分专注的聆听了我校季海峰老师的一节英语课。

Dr.Barzner and his delegation visited the campus of C&A Foreign Language School and entered the classroom of Class 1,Grade 2.They observed attentively an English lesson delivered by home room teacher,Mr.Ji Haifeng,of C&A school.

在随后座谈会上，陈胜坚主席代表深圳市金安教育集团一万多名师生，对远道而来的德国客人们表示了热烈的欢迎。他感谢专家们把德国巴伐利亚州人民的友谊，以及优质的合作项目带到中国深圳华美外国语学校，与我们一起探讨、合作，帮助我们的学生学习、成长。他非常赞同青少年科学素养及能力，应该从基础教育阶段开始培养的观点，非常赞同以能力为导向的教育方式。并希望双方在师生互访、华美高中学生升入德国大学深造等方面展开更多的合作。

At the following symposium,Chairman Chen Shengjian,on behalf of more than 10,000 teachers and students of Shenzhen Jin'an Education Group,extended a warm welcome to the German guests coming from afar.He thanked the Foreign Experts for bringing friendship and mutual trust between the people of Bavaria,Germany(with this in-depth cooperation project)and C&A Foreign Language School in Shenzhen,China thus successfully initiating discussion and cooperation to help our students learn and grow.He strongly agreed that scientific literacy and the ability of teenagers should be cultivated from the stage of basic education,and strongly agreed with the competency-based education model.It is hoped that the two sides will have more cooperation such as mutual visits between teachers and students,and C&A high school students studying in German universities.

巴睿妤校长用英文向德国专家们介绍了华美外国语学校的办学基本情况。本学期华美外国语学校已全面开启中外方双校长及中外方双班主任模式，将全面加速推进教育国际化的进程，在课程设置、课堂教学、徳育活动等重要领域充分渗透PYP、MYP的因子，使得国际教育中的优质元素落地生根，开花结果。

Principle Ba introduced basic information about C&A to the German specialists in English.C&A now has fully started the mode of Double Principals(Foreign Principal and Chinese Principal)and Double Home Room Teachers(Foreign Teacher and Chinese Teacher)this semester.It will speed up the process of internationalization of education in a well-rounded way,and fully initiate the aspects of PYP and MYP in the key fields-curriculum setting,teaching in the classroom and education activities,to create and apply the high-quality elements of international education take root and bear fruit.

据巴茨纳博士介绍，新乌尔姆市是巴伐利亚州内首个被认定为“教育强区”的市区，经济发达，经济发展中技术驱动力强，因此在教育事业发展中尤为重视“MINT-科学素养教育”（即数学学科、信息技术学科、自然科学学科和应用技术学科）。新乌尔姆市通过推广和实施大量的有针对性的项目，致力于从基础教育阶段起步，提升青少年对“MINT-科学素养”的兴趣和能力，这是双方合作的出发点和目标。

According to Dr.Bartzner,New Ulm is the first city in Bavaria to be recognized as a strong educational area.It has a well-developed economy and a powerful technology driving force for economic development.Therefore,MINT-science literacy education(i.e.mathematics,information technology,natural science and applied technology)is particularly emphasized in the development of education.Through the promotion and implementation of many targeted projects,New Ulm is committed in starting from the stage of basic education to enhancing the interest and ability of adolescents in"MINT-scientific literacy",which is the starting point and goal of this cooperation for both C&A and them.

赫尔德女士表示，未来将与华美外国语学校进行开放课堂、交换学生、交换教师、线上课程等方面的合作。交流提升课堂教学质量的思路和做法，共同制订和实施新的、具有创新性的课程内容和教学方法，加强在文化上和学生个性化教育的多样性等方面经验交流，为学生创造亲身体验的机会。

Ms.Held said that she would cooperate with C&A in open classes,exchange of students,exchange of teachers and online courses in the future.The cooperation will exchange ideas and practices to improve classroom teaching quality,jointly formulate and implement new and innovative curriculum content and teaching methods,strengthen experience exchange in culture and diversity of students'tailored education,and create opportunities for students to experience themselves.

最后，安斯格·巴茨纳博士、科约娜校长和陈胜坚主席，代表中德双方，签署了《合作协议备忘录》。双方共同期待合作圆满成功，为中德双方的学生都带来帮助。

Concluding the visit,Dr.Ansger Bartzner,President Koyona and President Chen Shengjian signed the Memorandum of Cooperation Agreement on behalf of both sides.They both look forward to a successful cooperative venture,which will mutually benefit Chinese and German students.
