Why take the Technical Theatre / Stage Management route in Drama?

The show must go on – and it usually does, thanks to stage management professionals! From assisting the director in the rehearsal process, to calling scene changes and lighting cues during a performance, the stage manager is the essential team leader of any production.

This program revolves around core stage management classes, practical projects and coursework, all of which solidify background in theatre history, theatre practices, theatre design, genres and theories. You’ll also develop excellent communication and organizational skills through participation in class work and department productions.

为来自中国的学生设计 Students applying directly from high school. English Language Requirements: A score of at least 90 on the TOEFL iBT (Test of English as a Foreign Language - Internet-based) with no less than 21 on each band, A score of at least 6.5 on the IELTS Academic (International English Language Testing System) with no band less than 6.0 (see Note 4); A score of at least 61 on the PTE Academic (Pearson Test of English Academic) with no less than 60 in each communicative skill.
