在这里学什么？

This programme is research-oriented. A student is required to:

Complete an approved programme of supervised research;
Present a written thesis which demonstrates an advanced level of knowledge and understanding in the candidate’s field of study and which describes and summarizes the research undertakings and findings;
Satisfy the Board of Examiners in an oral examination (and any other examination if deemed necessary), on matters relevant to the subject of the thesis; and
Comply with supervision, attendance and all coursework requirements as laid down by the respective Faculty/ School/AVA.

Accountancy and Law (ACLW)

This programme covers the following research areas: financial accounting; international accounting; auditing; management accounting; taxation; accounting information systems, corporate governance; business financial management; accounting and capital market; accounting education; business ethics; commercial law; labour law; china law; company law; and legal aspects of china business.

为来自中国的学生设计 Applicants should normally hold a Bachelor's degree for admission to a Taught Postgraduate degree programme; English Language Requirements: TOEFL - 550 (Paper-based), 79 (Internet-based); or IELTS (Academic): Overall Band at 6.5; or CET-6 (College English Test band 6): 450.
