在这里学什么？ Nursing practice in the 21st Century is becoming increasingly demanding. Nurses play a key role, through their work in primary and secondary care settings, restoring and promoting health, supporting patients and their families and profiling healthcare needs of communities. The University of Lincoln recognises the challenges to contemporary and future healthcare and nursing practice. This professionally accredited course provides the opportunity for students to study to become a registered nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Council. It is designed to prepare graduates to help shape future healthcare provision in the complex, demanding and rewarding area of Mental Health nursing. The aim of the programme is to enable nursing students to become fit for practice in accordance with the Nursing and Midwifery Council’s Standards for Pre-Registration Nursing Education and to register as a qualified nurse.

为来自中国的学生设计 Prospective students require one of the following qualifications for entry into year one of an undergraduate degree: Successful completion of a Foundation programme with a minimum of 50% plus an average of 70% or above in High School. Some programmes may require a higher foundation score e.g. 60%; Successful completion of the first year of a Chinese degree / Diploma with an average grade of 70% or above. Students who have successfully completed a HND BTEC or SQA qualification may be accepted directly into year two or three of a University of Lincoln undergraduate course on a case by case basis. Students who have successfully completed the second or third year of a Chinese Degree or Diploma may be considered for direct entry into year two or three of a University of Lincoln undergraduate course on a case by case basis. Depending on your academic background and intended course of study, it may be possible to apply for advanced entry into year 2 or 3 of a University of Lincoln undergraduate course. Students need to have an IELTS score of 6.0 (with no less than 5.5 in each band score). Some courses require a higher IELTS score.
