As healthy eating grows in popularity, there is a demand for graduates who can bring their knowledge of nutrition to the hospitality sector. This course provides you with a holistic view of the industry, allowing you to explore consumer’s contemporary food choices (such as veganism and gluten-free diets).

This course will allow you to study management and leadership within hospitality, while placing emphasis on nutrition.
