HSU’s RN-BSN program expands on clinical nursing skills to provide students with a larger lens to view the social determinants of health in communities where their patients live, work, and play. Registered nurses bring lived experience working in health care and insight into the needs of our community.

The BSN degree enhances this training and experience to provide nurses with a systems perspective on improving health care for all. Nurses will develop the leadership and communications skills needed to be interdisciplinary partners in delivering higher-quality care at a lower cost, in a way that increases access and reduces burnout among the health care workforce.

Career Options

BSN-prepared nurses will gain essential skills in critical thinking and change management and will be prepared to lead and promote innovation in health care systems.

为来自中国的学生设计 Applicants must have a Grade Point Average (GPA) of 2.5 on a 4.0 scale on high school coursework. English Language Proficiency: Cambridge English Exams - CAE: C1 (180 or above); CPE: C2 (200 or above); IELTS - 6.0; TOEFL - 71 IBT, 525 PBT, 197 CBT, PTE 48.
