专业概况

在这里学什么？

The Master of Science in Cyber Security requires 30 graduate credit hours. Coursework is available online or through a one-year full time format. Refer to the Graduate Admission Requirements page for more information regarding admission criteria. The cyber security program creates a graduate technical degree in the cyber security field that will allow graduates to move into high-demand information security careers.

The John E. Simon School of Business introduced the Master of Science in Cybersecurity in the 2016-2017 academic year. This program, as are all programs at Maryville University, is accredited by the Higher Learning Commission (HLC). However, the Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs (ACBSP), our specialized accrediting organization, will not add any new programs to the list of accredited programs until the new program has been offered for two years, and its first students have graduated.

• ISYS 675 - Mobile Device Hacking and Forensics
• ISYS 680 - Security Log Management and Analysis
• ISYS 681 - Designing and Implementing Cloud Security
• ISYS 684 - Forensic Examination And Analysis
• ISYS 685 - Incident Handling and Breaches

After completion of all required courses, students must take:

• ISYS 691 - Legal Issues of Privacy and Compliance

为来自中国的学生设计 Students must have bachelor’s degree for master’s level programs; TOEFL IBT 79 or higher (no sub scores lower than 18). Test date must be within two years of application; IELTS Score of 6.0 or higher (no sub scores lower than 5.5). Test date must be within two years of application; PTE Academic Score of 54 or higher. Test date must be within two years of application; DET Score of 105 or higher. Test date must be within one year of application.
