Keiser University’s Master of Science in Organizational Leadership (MSOL) program is designed to enhance the professional skills of current and aspiring organizational leaders. The program is aimed at individuals who seek to develop and increase their leadership skills in the contextual areas of their professional lives.

Program Objectives

Keiser University’s Master of Science in Organizational Leadership (MSOL) program enables students to contribute to the business profession and foster independent learning. Upon completion of this program, students will be able to:

• Evaluate enhanced awareness and commitment towards assessing the ethical responsibilities of organizations, and exhibit knowledge and awareness to appraise legal responsibilities of organizations;
• Evaluate by what means to influence policy leading to employee behavioral characteristics in organizations;
• Identify and interpret alternatives to solve organizational business problems and decision making;
• Exhibit knowledge and awareness of group dynamics and effective teamwork;
• Develop a range of leadership skills and abilities such as effectively leading change, resolving conflict, and motivating others;
• Develop the ability to evaluate the efficacy of organizational decisions, interpreting knowledge of leadership theory, and access knowledge of managerial leadership skills;
• Exhibit professional communication skills in writing through organizing, thinking critically, and communicating ideas and information in documents and presentations.

Program Outline

Students take 12 major courses for 36 graduate credit hours to receive a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership degree. Courses in the program are each eight-weeks in length and students are normally scheduled for one course every eight weeks. Thirty of the program hours must be completed through Keiser University.

Online study mode available campuses: Clearwater, Flagship Residential Campus, Fort Lauderdale, Fort Myers, Graduate School, Jacksonville, Lakeland, Melbourne, Miami, New Port Richey, Patrick Air Force Base, Port St. Lucie, Sarasota.

Courses are offered with all options like Face to face, Virtual Remote but Live or Online.

中国学生入学要求

为来自中国的学生设计 Successful completion of a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university. The applicant must present a TOEFL score of 500 or higher on a paper-based examination, a score of 173 on a computer-based examination, an internet-based score (iBT) of 61, or an IELTS score of 6.0 or higher.
