上海高藤致远创新学校自本学期以来在课程上，师资团队上，教育细节上等等都在努力升级打怪。其中的变化之一当属全方位的“助教制度”。

Since this semester, SHTCS has been working hard to upgrade the whole system of courses, teachers and the details in teaching. One of the biggest changes is undoubtedly the all-round "teaching assistant system."

What?

助教制度顾名思义，就是助教老师给同学答疑、解惑，并帮助同学们在学业上获得成长。高藤的助教团队现在包括且不限于数学、物理、化学、英语等学科，他们专业实力过硬，为人正直幽默，与同学相处融洽。同时，高藤更是为同学们打造了一个学生、助教共生、共长的综合发展平台。

As the name suggests, the teaching assistant system is that the assistant teachers answering questions and solving puzzles for students, and helping them to achieve their academic growth. SHTCS’s teaching assistant team now includes but is not limited to assist subjects such as mathematics, physics, chemistry, and English. They are professional in their subject; they are honest and humorous; and they get along well with their students. Meanwhile, SHTCS has created a comprehensive development platform for students and TAs to improve and grow together.

why?

同学们曾经学习上遇到过很多困惑，特别是低年级的同学：“为什么明明很专业，但是老师上课我听不懂?”“上课听会了，下课怎么又忘记了?”“为什么一不留神就跟不上节奏了?”“怎么办?怎么办?作业绞尽脑汁写不出……"“我有点不好意思问老问题，万一老师以为我没听怎么办?”各种各样的小困扰都令想要突破自己，努力学习的孩子们因为一些小小的不确定瞻前顾后起来。

The students have encountered a lot of problems and confusion in their studies, especially those who are in the lower grades: "The teacher is professional, but why I don't understand them in class?" "Why I understand the knowledge in class, but forget it after class?" "Why can't I follow the teachers?" "What can I do? I have done my best to do my homework…but in vain.” "I'm a little embarrassed to ask repeated questions. What if the teacher thinks I didn't listen?" All kinds of small uncertainties have stop the students who want to break through and study hard. At this moment, your cutest teaching assistant has appeared! How?

高藤助教们的工作主要分为3个部分：平日听课、答疑，专业助教课，晚自习习题辅导。

他们忙碌的一天从随堂听课开始，陪同学们一起学习，每周各班有1-5节不等的助教课给学生答疑解惑，晚自习时间敦促学生完成作业，同时解答疑问。

The work of TAs is mainly divided into three parts:Attend class and answering questions during day time;Tutoring classes;Guidance during Evening studies.

Their busy day starts from attending classes to study with the students. There are 1-5 Tutoring Lessons for each class every week for answering questions. During evening studies, they make sure students complete their homework on time.

How?

现在同学们的作业在助教老师们的帮助下都可以当天完成 ，对学习也更加自信起来。

你们以为的助教们每天就是温柔、耐心的讲题?不仅如此，他们还是学习方式方法，生活经验的传递者。

助教老师们不能说是事无巨细，可以说是倾尽全力了。

Now students’ homework can be completed on time with the help of our TAs. And they become confident about learning new things.

Do you think the TAs are gentle and patient to answer questions every day?

It’s far more then that. They are also the conveyer of learning skills and life experience.

“随风潜入夜，润物细无声” 说得就是我们这样一批为了同学们一点进步而欣喜，一些退步而苦恼，为同学们的学习而每日发功的助教们。

“不积跬步无以至千里，不积小流无以成江海”。期待同学们2021年苦练内功，每一天都比之前进步一点点!

There is a saying in Chinese "Diving into the night with the wind, moisturizing things silently". This is to describe our TAs who work hard everyday for our students and who are happy for the little progress of them and distressed for the regression of them. "If you don't accumulate steps, you can't reach a thousand miles. If you don't accumulate small currents, you can't become a river." I look forward to the hard work of the students in 2021 and hope they can step forward a little more in their study and life every day than yesterday!
