专业概况

This pathway of RN-MN program prepares RN graduates for advanced generalist practice at the point of care. This program provides the groundwork for practice as a Clinical Nurse Leader.

What makes the program distinguished?

Students who chose the RN to MN program will have a jump start on the Nursing Core Courses (9 credits) which will be taken during the RN to BS program. Upon admission to the RN to MN program, students complete the remaining 33 required credits in the post-licensure MN curriculum, for a total of 42 graduate credits for the MN.

Clinical Nurse Leader Role

Clinical Nurse Leaders (CNL) are providers and managers of patient care. They design, implement, and evaluate care by coordinating, delegating, and supervising the services provided by their team, which includes licensed nurses, technicians, and other health professionals.
