专业概况

The MA program in special education with a concentration in autism spectrum disorders prepares graduates to provide important services and care in a variety of roles for children and adults with ASD.

There is increasing demand for professionals who are aware of the issues and needs facing these special individuals, their families and service providers. Program graduates are well-prepared to provide important services and care for individuals with ASD in a variety of roles, including as educators, interventionists, paraprofessionals, psychologists, speech pathologists, therapists or family members.
