大家好，我是百立英语的英语老师Spencer。2012年我考取首都师范大学，2015年，我通过院系申请得到了前往美国洛杉矶California Institute of the Arts交换生的机会，在那里半年的留学生涯让我意识到，自己其实更喜欢国外的教学体系。2016年我从首都师范大学毕业之后，直接申请了澳大利亚的悉尼大学继续攻读硕士。2017年，我取得了应用语言学的硕士offer，2019年，我顺利完成了硕士课程，并取得了我的硕士学位。在我看来，学习英语不应该是一件困难的事情，应该是根据每个学生的现实情况所定制，真实的了解他们的需求和弱项，系统的归纳学习，让学员不再觉得吃力无从下手。

Hello everyone, I'm Spencer, an English teacher in Baili English. In 2012 I was admitted to Capital Normal University, and in 2015, I applied through my faculty to get the opportunity to exchange students at the California Institute of The Arts in Los Angeles, USA, where a six-month study career made me realize that I actually prefer a foreign teaching system. After graduating from Capital Normal University in 2016, I applied directly to the University of Sydney in Australia to pursue my Master's degree. In 2017, I obtained a master's degree in applied linguistics, and in 2019, I successfully completed my master's program and obtained my master's degree. In my opinion, learning English should not be a difficult thing, should be customized according to the reality of each student, real understanding of their needs and weaknesses, systematic inductive learning, so that students no longer feel overwhelmed.
