大家好，我是百立英语的英语老师利玉辉Gabby，我从2014年广西商务学院毕业开始从事挚爱的英语教育行业，5年期间没有换过教育岗位，仅仅是因为对教育有一份热诚。五年期间一直在研究英语学习方法和英语教学，看了很多名师的讲课和英语方法学习课程，学习了英语记忆方法、流利口语训练法、口语语音纠正训练等.但最终却发现其实很多时候学员真正缺的并不是方法，而是一个坚持下去的信念，是我们需要给学员的一个信念，后来转而学习和研究学生学习过程中的心理活动，后来懂得了老师除了要给学员好的学习方法以外还要给学员坚持下去的动力和信念，做到这些的重点就是：帮学生养成良好的学习习惯。

Hello，everyone。I am an English teacher from Baili English training center，I have been an English teacher since I graduated from Guangxi international business college in 2014，I haven’t changed my job for 5 years，just because I have passion for this job.during 5 years，I have studied English learning method and teaching method，I learned it from the English lectures and English courses of famous English teachers，and I learned the method about word memory、fluent spoken English and English pronunciation correction etc. But finally，I realized that many English learners need the faith that can keep them learning more than learning method，we all need to give faith to our students，from that on，I studied the students’ mental activity when they learn English，and then I realized that teachers are not just about the learning methods but also faith and motivation，the point is ：help the students Develop good learning habits.
