在这里学什么？ **Course overview**: This course includes an integrated foundation year, ideal if you don’t have the appropriate subjects and/or grades to go straight into year one. This is one of the UK’s most recognised courses within the field and it is well respected by the industry. The breadth of subjects covered means that the course is relevant to a range of computing careers - from programming, mobile development and network management to systems security and artificial intelligence systems. This course gives you the chance to be taught by experienced developers and internationally recognised researchers.This degree gives you the opportunity to choose your speciality through themes, which are based on traditional areas of computer science. You also take part in a business project - an opportunity to undertake industry-relevant development work. There are a number of subject areas to select from including programming; networks and computer security; systems design and databases; artificial intelligence; embedded systems and software architecture.**After the course**: The range of practical, business and personal skills you develop through this course prepares you for specialist roles in the computing industry, nationally and globally. 为来自中国的学生设计 For entry onto a Foundation or Extended programme, applicants require: Huikao (Chinese senior secondary school graduation certificate) Successful completion of the first two years of Senior Secondary School with a minimum average of 70% or successful completion of Senior Secondary School with a minimum average of 60%; For entry onto an Undergraduate programme, applicants require: For entry onto Year 1: Huikao (Chinese senior secondary school graduation certificate) Successful completion of Senior Secondary School with a minimum average of 80% Or Gaokao (Chinese university or college entrance exam) with a minimum score of 500; For entry onto Higher National Diploma: Gaokao with a minimum score of 450; For entry onto Integrated Master of Engineering – MEng (Hons): Gaokao with a minimum score of 550; For entry onto Undergraduate top-up programmes (third-year entry); Dazhuan (three-year college graduation diploma) with a minimum of 70% average or, SQA Higher National Diploma with BBC as minimum or, Edexcel Higher National Diploma – standard UK entry requirements or, UK accredited foundation degree.
