在这里学什么？ **Indicate point of entry as Year 3 when applying for this top-up degree.****Course overview**: Globalisation creates greater challenges for managers. This top-up degree develops your awareness and understanding of the underpinning models, theories, processes and practices of management in an international setting. You explore essential issues relating to the most effective management practices across a number of industries from a cross-cultural perspective, and consider the value of strategic human resource management in the context of international business.**After the course**: We provide an environment that allows you to build on and further develop the extra practical employability characteristics that will make you more interesting to employers in the job market once you graduate. Our staff utilise their extensive business connections to provide many and varied opportunities to engage with potential employers through fairs, guest lecture sessions, live projects and site visits. In addition we offer a series of workshops and events that ensure all students are equipped with both degree level subject knowledge and the practical skills that employers are looking for in new graduate recruits. Our award winning careers service works with regional and national employers to advertise graduate positions, in addition to providing post-graduation support for all Teesside University alumni.

为来自中国的学生设计 For entry onto a Foundation or Extended programme, applicants require: Huikao (Chinese senior secondary school graduation certificate) Successful completion of the first two years of Senior Secondary School with a minimum average of 70% or successful completion of Senior Secondary School with a minimum average of 60%; For entry onto an Undergraduate programme, applicants require: For entry onto Year 1: Huikao (Chinese senior secondary school graduation certificate) Successful completion of Senior Secondary School with a minimum average of 80% Or Gaokao (Chinese university or college entrance exam) with a minimum score of 500; For entry onto Higher National Diploma: Gaokao with a minimum score of 450; For entry onto Integrated Master of Engineering – MEng (Hons): Gaokao with a minimum score of 550; For entry onto Undergraduate top-up programmes (third-year entry); Dazhuan (three-year college graduation diploma) with a minimum of 70% average or, SQA Higher National Diploma with BBC as minimum or, Edexcel Higher National Diploma – standard UK entry requirements or, UK accredited foundation degree.
