专业概况

Learn ways philosophy and religion influence American politics and social structures. Your choice of concentrations will lead you to an impactful career in politics, education, social services, or one of the many other fields that affect society directly.

Program Description

The BA program in philosophy, religion and society comprises historical, theoretical and practical perspectives on philosophy, religion and social ethics, and it emphasizes social and political concerns by putting the studies of philosophy and religion into action.

This interdisciplinary degree program offers three areas of concentration: applied ethics, continental philosophy and religious studies.

Career Opportunities

Graduates are prepared for graduate study or employment in the fields explored through their required internships, including business, criminal justice, education, government, human resources, law enforcement, law, media, medicine, religious organizations and social services.
