The Master of Arts program in Theology at St. John's University examines the richness of the Catholic faith and its theological heritage in the light of modern human experience. Our program provides an environment of academic excellence flexible enough to meet the needs of those interested in pursuing research degrees, professional ministry, or parish service. We encourage high academic achievement and heightened sensitivity to the needs for social justice and peace in the world around us.

Many pursue further study at the doctoral level, while others combine a degree in theology with a professional degree in law or social work.

为来自中国的学生设计 Applicants must have an evidence of a baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university including official transcripts from each institution attended. English Language Requirements: TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language) examination. Successful candidates present a score of 500 on the paper-based test; 173 on the computerized test; 61 on the internet based test; or 5.0 on the IELTS (International English Language Testing System).
