亲爱的海外领科校友们：

展信佳，见字如晤。

2020年初，一场突如其来的新型冠状病毒疫情席卷中国。与此同时，海外一百多个国家也陆续出现了严重的疫情感染情况。此刻，你们最为熟知的老师格外想念和担心你们，他们想对你们说：

眼下，新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情蔓延全球，已构成全球性大流行，已经有一百多个国家出现了不同的感染情况。无论你此刻身处何地，想必都面临着各种各样的困难和挑战，所以，请你们持续关注所在地疫情状况，听从当地**、中国使领馆的安排，密切保持与单位、家人、亲友等的，理智应对，做好防护，科学抗疫，确保自身安全。针对这种情况，我想给大家提出几点建议：

1、主动选择“宅”的生活方式，避免前往人口密集的公共场所，避免与发热、咳嗽、咽痛等感冒症状人群接触;

2、如果不得已需要外出，一定要佩戴口罩，回家后要进行消毒;

3、要注意均衡饮食，加强锻炼，增加免疫力，要合理安排作息时间，**充足休息;

4、不要因为过度恐慌而拒绝社交，在外面要多与同学、朋友交流，互帮互助，调节心理健康;

5、同时要及时和家人汇报自己的身体状况，避免让家人过度担忧;

6、最后，不能落下学习，要学校相关部门，安排好网课与作业等学习任务，确保跟上学习进度。

母校的老师非常想念和担心你们的安危，学校将尽全力与你们共克时艰，如需帮助请随时与学校。

Dear UCS alumni,

We would like to wish you all well in these troublesome times that we are in. Being away from home can sometimes be difficult, but try to make the best of a bad situation. Try reading that book you've always wanted to, do something artistic, get on those dusty running shoes and get moving or start planning a bucket list of things to do when this is all over.

Remember to keep talking, keep communicating and stay positive! The UCS family are here for you and wish you all the best.
