Suffolk’s Master’s in Interior Architecture (MAIA) program will provide you with a comprehensive education of the adaptation of design in architectural spaces. You will take inspiration from the city and many of its renowned design firms.

Suffolk’s downtown location supports our student-centered mission to build experience through relevant, hands-on instruction that opens doors to internships and career opportunities while you can take inspiration from the city and many of its renowned design firms.

Guided by expert faculty, you will develop fluency in design process, drawing, making and the use of cutting-edge digital technologies essential for contemporary practice. In addition, our program will:

Deepen your understanding of sustainable and socially conscious design issues

Enhance your knowledge of design theory and history

Enable you to develop visual and verbal communication skills

Broaden your awareness of lighting and furniture design

Reinforce knowledge of technical competencies and code adherence in practice.

为来自中国的学生设计 Students must have a bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited college or university in the United States, or an equivalent degree granted by an institution in another country (as determined by the Office of Graduate Admission). English Language Scores: A minimum TOEFL score of 80 in the iBT scoring system (with no sub-score lower than 17) or 550 on the paper-based is required to be considered for full admission. International English Language Testing System (IELTS) - A minimum score of 6.5 (with no sub-score below 6.0) is required to be considered for full admission. PTE-Academic (Pearson Test of English) - A minimum score of 65 is required to be considered for full admission.
