If you’re interested in how it all began and the business oversight that goes into managing real estate, then you may want to major in Real Estate Finance and Development.

UTSA’s Real Estate Finance and Development Program

UTSA’s Real Estate Finance and Development degree is grounded on a firm academic foundation along with building strong connections with leaders in the real estate industry. The program allows for multidisciplinary and specialized real estate training and will emphasize industry engagement and applied activities. The coursework involves accounting, management and finance tailored specifically to real estate. After graduating, you will be able to explore career opportunities in areas like financial analysis, market analysis, mortgage banking, real estate development and real estate investment.

What You’ll Learn

As a Real Estate Finance & Development major, you’ll have the option of learning a business competency as you work toward completing your degree.
