对于一群热爱足球的少年来说，能够走进职业足球俱乐部基地，近距离接触职业足球队和球员，会是一次非常令人兴奋的机会，这不仅能够与喜欢的球星合影，还能现场观摩学习专业的训练。10月6日上午，在宋侹頲、徐蔚芝、Tiago和Rita4位体育老师的带领下，14位领科教育上海校区足球队的队员走进了上海上港足球俱乐部基地。

走进上港足球俱乐部基地，看到职业足球队的基础设施，同学们描述到：“在新闻官赵昊晨的带领下，我们在十点进入了基地。它作为亚洲高等级的专业足球俱乐部基地，由两片十一人制专业足球场和一排奢华的建筑组成。其中一块足球场是天然草草坪，另一块是人造真草混合草坪，两片草坪适用于不同季节。在那排建筑里，有仪器高端齐全的健身房，如最知名的运动抗疲劳仪器;有专业级的厨房，新闻官赵昊晨说这里的食堂不提供猪肉(可能是因为脂肪含量以及瘦肉精);还有几间战术分析教室，视频分析团队正在对比赛视频进行分析。”

在进入基地后，同学们有幸见到了上海著名足球名宿奚志康指导、中国欧战**人孙祥、上港守门员教练Ian Walker以及重磅神医“奇迹博士” Eduardo Santos。之后，葡萄牙籍主教练Vitor Pereira非常亲切友好地邀请同学们观摩职业球队的训练，与同学们交流足球。

同学们在享受到了与绿茵偶像近距离接触所带来的快乐时，并没有停止思考和学习。在亲眼目睹了上港队员平日里的训练过程后，他们不禁好奇“为什么在训练前需要给草坪洒水”，新闻官赵昊辰解答了同学们的疑惑，“训练前对草坪进行洒水，目的是让草场变得更加丝滑，加快一脚出球的速度。”

观看完训练后，上港足球俱乐部安排同学们在球员通道口等候，与球员们进行了合影和互动。当这些平日里只能在电视里见到的球星突然出现在面前，同学们异常激动，纷纷上前合影签名。

与明星球员零距离互动

这些与国际足球大咖合影留念的同学，都是来自领科足球社的社员，他们勇敢且坚韧、狂野且沉着，那领科足球社到底是怎样的存在呢?

关于领科足球社

领科足球社是领科最早成立的社团之一。学校成立足球社不仅是想给热爱足球的同学提供一个锻炼和提升球技的平台，也是想丰富他们的校园生活，使其成为同学们日后的美好记忆。目前学校的各个年级都有足球社团的成员。

关于足球社的训练

足球社坚持每周“二练”——每周三，体育组Tiago老师会带领足球社的社员进行一次肌肉训练以便同学们在比赛中保持良好的肌肉力量和一次专业的训练以提高足球技能。Tiago老师有着丰富的足球类项目经验，能给予着队员们先进的足球理念，提高社员的足球水平。虽然踢足球是社员们的主要活动，但是足球社也会关注社员的校园日常生活和学习，彼此以足球为媒介结下了深厚的友谊，相互支持与帮助。

关于足球社的活动

除了每周两次定期的训练，足球社也会给社员们准确校内外比赛和足球相关的活动。如，校园足球年级联赛、“超级杯”足球师生赛等;再如，参观上海上港与河南建业的中超联赛、参加斯托克城的青训以及这次参观上海上港球星和俱乐部基地。此外，足球社的队员们即将征战上海国际学校足球联赛。

领科的男孩女孩们，如果你们也想在球场挥洒汗水，那快来加入他们的队伍吧。只要热爱足球，不分男生女生，不分新生老生，都可以加入足球社体验荣耀与团结并存的幸福感。

Tiago老师的足球队计划

This trip to the Shanghai SIPG training center was a unique opportunity that took months to think about, plan and finally realize. Ever since I took up the role of Physical Education teacher and coach of our football team at our school, I have always felt the need to show our students what high performance and training really is and the life of sports professionals, in this case football.

Because I am Portuguese and a professional football coach, the possibility arose in a forum of Portuguese coaches in which I was present, to speak with Vítor Pereira (coach of Shanghai SIPG) and to know the possibility of taking my students to observe what is the life of a football professional (player、coach、physiotherapist etc). Fortunately, the coach accepted and was available since the first minute to give us this possibility. It was a unique experience for the students as it allowed them to see all the infrastructure and organization that exists beyond what they see on TV or in the stadium. All the preparation that exists before the games, in the training sessions, making observations of their training sessions and games and the opponent’s games, and how the work of all the different staff departments are synced so the football team can have the best results possible in the games. Unfortunately we couldn't accomplish what we had initially foreseen due to the limitations created by Covid-19, such as being able to watch the match in the stadium referring to the training day we went to watch, but even with these limitations, the club allowed us to see the facilities, observe the training session and interact both with the players and the technical staff. For that, you have my sincere thanks.

I started coaching our football team last year and from the first minute I realized that we have many students who are passionate about the game. Unfortunately, most of them didn’t had contact with this sport since an early age, and, as such, their technical and tactical level is somewhat limited when compared to other students or athletes in the same age range.

Therefore, my first goal within this team was to try to create links between the students and show that being them better or worse, they need to support each other so that the team as a whole can improve. This is the fundamental point. Only then can a team grow and improve. Next, the aim was to explain my idea of the game, to show how we should train, what intensity we should have in training and in the games, what they should do regarding the position and role they have, and, last but not least, to allow students to show their individual quality in a collective sense, that is, to extract the best from everyone with a goal that is the team, because the whole is more than just the sum of its parts. Finally, to have fun playing, training and seeing this club as a second family. We are all together to help each other. The good atmosphere within the club is the proof of that.

I think that this mentality and all the commitment present on the part of all the players has allowed this club to grow, to evolve and to predispose itself to more and more ambitious goals. Due to various limitations we have in terms of infrastructures, at the moment we usually train once a week, but we are working so we can eliminate some of these limitations and have more weekly trainings, so that the evolution, development and growth of this team can be more constant and systematic. The holding of games against other schools is already part of our annual calendar, but we intend to manage the periodicity of these games better, since due to some limitations we cannot hold games as often as we would like, not even in our own facilities, which forces us to travel a lot.

We hope as a club that year after year we can do more and better.

参观后的感悟

领科的学子对于足球运动有着极高的热情，不仅仅是男生，女生同样也要学习足球课。孩子们通过足球课的学习，能了解足球知识，掌握基本技术。足球社团做为学校的老牌社团，成立于6年前。随着一批又一批的队员加入，现在已经是一个非常成熟的社团。足球队目前每周会有1-2次的足球训练，由经验丰富的葡萄牙足球教练Tiago带领孩子进行系统性的训练。队员们也会在其他时间观看比赛来了解最新的技战术或者自我加练来提高足球水平。队员们平时不仅要进行队内比赛，还有和学校足球高水平老师的友谊赛。同时教练也会安排其它校外比较来检验成果，每学期孩子都要参加好几场校外友谊赛。这次的参观，对于学生来说是一次非常好的学习机会，不仅能增加他们的见识，也能让足球社的同学们了解职业足球队的运作。

此次参观上港训练基地，机会难得，收获满满。俱乐部一线队的训练极少极少对公众开放，这次有机会细致地参观学习，真的感到十分幸运和高兴。首先是有关足球的知识又得到了许多提升，如草场的维护、运动员的饮食、日常护理等;其次是领略了战术配合和球员基本功，虽然我们离那还相差甚远，但许多点都值得学习。另外，大家还得到了偶像的签名和合照，够吹上好久啦。最后，在足球队希望抓紧提升基本功，停球，跑位等等，争取早日成为主力前锋，为ULINK攻城拔寨。

这次去SIPG参观的机会非常难得，见到了很多很喜欢的球员，特别是石柯，看到他走得这么远，我很激动;能够与俱乐部的主教练交流足球也是很幸运很开心的;大部分球员都比较亲切，没有明星的架子。同时，现场观看了一小时的训练后，了解到现代职业足球比表面上复杂很多，他们的背后有着强大的团队支撑，这些是我们往常看不到，却又是一个球队很重要的一部分。总之祝SIPG亚冠里取得好成绩!

上港球员水平很高，脚下频率很快，基本功很扎，他们的训练内容多样化。看到了Hulk，比我想象中高一点，也强壮一点。另外，球员都很热情，尤其是国内球员吕文君很幽默。
